Today in Reader's workshop we reviewed story sequence! The class practiced using their transitional words: first, next, then, and last. Awesome retelling!!!

Today the upcoming JMS kindergarten class participated in an activity day. We had the chance to meet new friends, hear a read aloud, sequence the story using the SMARTboard, and explore in centers! Everyone had a great time! Can't wait until the end of August!
 This week the class has been diving deep into Mo Willems great books and using his style in their own writing. Ask your child to share their writing piece with you!
Today school and district wide the students participated in their exercises in the school hallways. They had a lot of fun and were ready for Reading Stations!
