Location: Goshen Fairgrounds Description: The parade will begin at 11:00 AM. Our classroom is conducting research about Goshen. We're looking closely at historical events that occurred in Goshen during the time span of 1915-1939. Please comment any additional information that you may know. This is what we have so far:
This week during morning meeting we have been participating in many "ice-breaker" activities. These are some of the best ways to help everyone loosen up a bit while helping participants get to know each other. We have played, "How you doing", "20 Questions", "Telephone", and even some name games with dance and movement. Today in writers' workshop we channeled our small moments- drawing on things we have done or experienced. Students worked together to think through their incidents and told their stories across their fingers. Ask your child what they wrote about! |
